Refund Policy

At Clueless, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Process
To request a refund, email support@clueless.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, washed, or without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
